Each of the surveys are 1 two-sided page and take less than 20 minutes to administer. The price of the survey includes:

My Voice Grade 3-5 Survey These surveys are for anyone who would like an overview of their school’s educational environment. Through the lens of the 8 Conditions, these surveys give students an opportunity to voice their feelings and opinions about their classes, their relationships with teachers, and their overall sense of the school’s climate and culture. A school that is truly student-centered, seeks to foster student aspirations and motivation, and is willing to listen to the voice of all students. Reports collect responses under each Condition by gender and grade level. |

My Voice Middle/High School Survey These surveys are for anyone who would like an overview of their school’s educational environment. My Voice Staff Survey These surveys are for anyone who would like an understanding of their school's educational environment from the viewpoint of the adults who work with students. Through the lens of the 8 Conditions, these surveys give all staff members--classroom teachers, certified support staff, and support staff--an opportunity to voice their feelings and opinions about their school, their relationships with students, administration, and parents, and their overall sense of the school's climate and culture. A school that promotes aspirations seeks to foster motivation in each and every member of the community and is willing to listen to the voice of all stake-holders. Data collection is completely anonymous and reports provide responses under each Condition by total in agreement and are disaggregated by current role in school.

My Voice Parent Survey Those who work in schools understand the important role that parents play in their child’s education. The My Voice© Parent survey gives schools the opportunity to hear from parents about their experience of the 8 Conditions That Make a Difference®. The survey asks both about parents’ perceptions of their child’s experience of school, as well as the parents own direct experience of the school’s climate and culture. A school that promotes aspirations seeks to foster motivation in each and every member of the community and is willing to listen to the voice of all stake-holders. Data collection is completely anonymous and reports provide responses under each Condition by total in agreement. |

My Voice Aspirations Resource Guide for Elementary School The Aspirations Resource Guide was developed to help educators foster student aspirations in all aspects of the school environment. From school leaders and teachers, to parents and coaches, anyone who wants to help students reach their fullest potential will find engaging activities, exciting ideas, and thought-provoking questions in the Aspirations Resource Book. Grade-appropriate, inspirational materials are also included for students.
All of the materials in the Aspirations Resource Guide are meant to be copied and distributed within an individual school. Teachers can use the student activities in their classrooms. School groups and clubs can use the student guidebook sections as a basis for discussion and programming. The sections on teaching, leading, and coaching can be used by individual staff members for their own professional development. Be creative and make a difference! |

My Voice Aspirations Cards A deck of 48 full-colored cards which encourages K-5 students to put-into-practice the 8 Conditions that affect aspirations. There are six cards per Condition and each card contains a personal challenge based on one of the 8 Conditions. One card per Condition involves a challenge for the whole class. Cards are designed for easy use by all students and can be integrated into any part of the school day. |

Year Over Year Reports These reports are designed to give schools an easy way to look at their data generated from the My Voice Survey over multiple years. This information provides schools an opportunity to look for trends regarding grade level and see quickly how various improvement strategies have influenced each of the 8 Conditions over time. |

District Aggregate Report All schools receive individual My Voice Reports, but the Aggregate Report provides schools/district an opportunity to examine how the district is doing as a whole regarding the 8 Conditions that affect student aspirations. The reports are identical in format to the school reports, but aggregates all the students in the district in one report. |

Data Analysis Remote Consultation In this one-hour session, participants will speak directly with an experienced Aspirations Coach who has reviewed their survey results and will assist them in understanding and analyzing their data to identify trends that may emerge in the data. The Coach will guide participants through the process of analyzing sample data in order to recognize common trends that may emerge and discuss areas of focus for the school’s My Voice Team. |

My Voice Action Day 1: Data Analysis & Self Worth This full-day session will provide school staff with a thorough introduction of Aspirations and the 8 Conditions. The instructor will give participants practice in analyzing and interpreting the My Voice Survey results using their data in order to get an idea of trends that may emerge in the data. This is designed to give school staff an in-depth examination of the Guiding Principle of Self-Worth and three Conditions within it: Belonging, Heroes, and Sense of Accomplishment. An experienced Aspirations Coach will guide the staff through a process that identifies the school structures and practices that address the survey results. Participants will work collaboratively to identify action strategies to best address the needs of their school. |

My Voice Action Day 2: Active Engagement & Purpose This full-day session continues the understanding and work from the Day 1 session. The Aspirations Coach provides follow-up and review of the actions and strategies implemented related to Guiding Principle of Self-Worth. Then the Coach provides an analysis of the remaining two Guiding Principles: Active Engagement and Purpose by examining each of the final five of the 8 Conditions. The school staff will explore in detail their survey results for each or the Conditions categorized by these two Guiding Principles and extend the action strategies to address the needs demonstrated in the My Voice Survey data. |

My Voice Action Day 3: Aspirations Profile As the next-step in the series of understanding and responding to student feelings and beliefs about themselves and their schools, this full-day session is designed to provide school staff with a simple framework for understanding the patterns of behavior that impact students’ ability to reach their hopes and dreams. If educators have a clearer sense of where students fit into the Aspirations Profile, they may find it easier to provide opportunities that help students reach their fullest potential. An experienced Aspirations Coach explores this framework and assists the school staff in defining action strategies that address the specific needs identified in the My Voice Survey data. This training will equip the participants to better evaluate the school’s action plans engage multiple stakeholders in the process. |

Our Action Package: Day 1, 2 & 3 This package includes the three full-day sessions that take the school staff on the journey from understanding the 8 Conditions to collaborative action planning and evaluation for continuous improvement. The sessions are scheduled over the course of a school year in order to better design, implement and evaluate the action plans. It also allows the Aspirations Coach to work with the school staff over time to examine multiple data points from the My Voice Survey. |
